CHRISTMAS will officially arrive at Hereford's Old Market tomorrow.
Starting at midday, celebrations will begin when Santa and his elves visit the centre, handing out treats to shoppers.
They will then be joined by Ice Age’s Sid and Diego who will also be spreading Christmas cheer and posing for pictures with fans.
Activities will continue throughout the day with live music entertainment from special guests including the Scarlett Starlets, Monnow Jazz Quintet and Harriet Williams, culminating at 5.30pm when this year’s Christmas lights will be switched on.
Other Christmas activities taking place in December include the Old Market Kissing Booth, hosted by local Mistletoe producers The Great British Florist.
For families, Old Market will help keep children entertained whilst parents get their Christmas shopping done at the 'Elves Workshop’, which will run every Friday to Monday from December 5 until December 22.
Children visiting the free workshop can take part in a wide range of Christmas-themed activities including gingerbread decorating and crafting Christmas tree decorations.
There is also free parking at Old Market after 4pm every Wednesday until December 17.
