THE driver of a bus which overturned on its way to school in November is continuing to recover.
Eileen Hampton was in intensive care for several weeks after she broke 10 bones and punctured her lungs during the crash near Holme Lacy.
Over 20 pupils from the Bishop of Hereford’s Bluecoat School and St Mary’s RC High School were also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Ms Hampton is now recovering at home and Jan Jones, from PW Jones, the owners of the bus which overturned, said she is getting better.
A 28-year-old man from Redditch, arrested in connection with the crash, is on bail until February 10.
