PEOPLE who want to trace their ancestors will be helped by free sessions at libraries across the county.

Libraries in Leominster, Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye are to hold the introductory sessions for people wanting to find out how to use the internet to research where their ancestors lived, what they did and who their family was.

A two hour session, led by an experienced tutor, will take place at Leominster Library on Friday September 25 between 10am and 12pm, Ledbury Library on Monday September 28 between 2pm and 4pm and at Ross Library between 10am and 12pm on Tuesday September 29.

The session is being funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund as part of the Herefordshire in the Great War project.
