HAY Castle will host a range of activities, stalls and live performances next weekend.

The Big Skill Crafts and Workshops Festival takes place next Saturday and Sunday between 10.30am and 5.30pm, with live music continuing until 9pm on Saturday.

There will be over 20 craft stalls, workshops, story-telling, face-painting, street food, folk musicians, buskers and Hay Community Choir are performing.

Award winning puppet show 'The Puppet Soup' will be showcasing their new show, Jack and the Beanstalk, live in the grounds of the castle.

Amongst the food and drink available will be the Crimson Moon Medieval Tavern which offer ciders, wines, 20 types of mead and in the evening they have mulled ciders.

Inside the castle next Friday evening between 8pm and 9.30 pm Rolf Hook will sculptor which will be followed by workshops and masterclasses throughout Saturday and Sunday.

Music will be played throughout the weekend and buskers are welcome.
