WEST Mercia Police's crime investigation team is currently in the car park of the Co-op, near Bobblestock Surgery in Hereford, after reports a rape took place in Grandstand Road.
A cordon is in place at the back of the supermarket, near Three Elms Road, after a woman was allegedly raped in Grandstand Road at 4.20am this morning (Saturday.)

A 32-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the incident and is currently in police custody.
Cones have now been put in place preventing access to the Co-op car car park from Grandstand Road; however the store remains open with access from Kempton Avenue.
Police tape is also in place along Three Elms Road next to the supermarket, opposite the pub.
Detective Inspector Mel Reynolds has said that there will be an increased police presence in the area while investigations continue.
