A DEVELOPMENT site is up for sale on the edge of a Herefordshire village.
The site is on the market with agents Sunderlands for sale by tender.
The agents said the 1.38 acre site, which has views over open countryside, has a "good low-density scheme in place for the construction of fifteen dwellings".
The plans for the site, at Field Fare on the edge of Little Dewchurch, include nine open-market homes and six affordable homes, as per a Section 106 agreement, the agents said.

Sunderlands said the current plans are an outline scheme, with the open-market homes to be a combination of detached and semi-detached properties.
All mains connections are available at the "easily accessible" site, the agents said, including a mains water connection and a surface water connection in the highway verge.
The village itself has amenities including a primary school and a pub.
The land is being offered for sale by formal tender, with all tenders to be received by Sunderlands' Hereford office by noon on Friday, March 22.
