A BUILDING plot with permission for new "high end" apartments to be built is up for sale in the centre of Hereford.
The site in Hereford's Monkmoor Street is on the market with agents Chancellors for offers in excess of £500,000.
Planning permission was granted for the demolition of the garage on the site and development of the site in 2019, with a design and access statement accompanying the application saying that occupiers Renotech planned to leave the premises and seek a more suitable location on the edge of the city, after more than a decade at the site.

"Due to the growth and continuing success of the business, many cars must be manoeuvred in and out of the garage during the day, often requiring vehicles to be reversed into the street," the application said, citing access difficulties as the main reason for a move.
The agents said the site comes complete with planning for 10 high-end apartments, parking, communal gardens, external lift, and terraces.
The planned apartment blocks would include four one-bed apartments and six two-bed apartments, with access via Catherine Street on completion of the project.
