STUNNING broadleaf woodland is up for sale in Herefordshire.
The woodland, in Brinsop, is part of a "superb" block of "gently undulating south-facing arable, grass, and woodland" extending to around 291.98 acres that is now on the market with agents Strutt & Parker for offers in excess of £3,250,000.
The land, which the agents said is in an "enviable position", is said to be productive and currently predominantly used for agricultural purposes.
It has good roadside access and the potential to be incorporated into environmental or woodland management schemes, the agents said.

The land is available as a whole or in two lots, with the first lot extending to around 158.88 acres and including arable land suitable for commercial farming activities, which Strutt & Parker said is currently occupied subject to a farm business tenancy, with vacant possession available from September 29.
The second lot, of around 133.10 acres, includes an "attractive block of mature, mixed
broadleaf woodland".
The woodland is partly registered as semi-ancient woodland, the agents said, while a "small and successful family shoot" is currently run over the property.
