I AM totally dependent on Lloyds Bank being open for my small business and personal banking (Outrage as Herefordshire town to lose another bank, March 14).

I cannot use online banking and depend on the staff in the Ross branch for help and advice.

I visit the bank regularly and on most occasions there is a queue of customers using the services.

I do not believe the bank’s claim that numbers using the bank is insufficient to justify the closure. Is anyone organising a petition against the closure?
