A DOZEN mask-wearing youths with their hoods up targeted an area of Hereford this week. 

At least 12 people were reportedly seen in and around the Pentwyn Avenue and Hillside Avenue of Redhill before going to The Oval in Newton Farm. 

Police have now released images of people they would like to speak to in connection with the incident that happened between 7pm and 8pm on Monday (April 30).

"We are aware that the images we are sharing may be difficult to identify however, parents or responsible persons are likely to recognise the clothing those involved were wearing," said PCSO Tally Hunt.

"One distinctive person was seen to be wearing a gorilla mask and a light blue chequered shirt.

"We would also like to appeal to anyone who may have CCTV on their homes who may have captured footage of this group to please come forward and support with our inquires.
