DOZENS of tractors will be dazzling people in Hereford tonight (December 20). 

Starting in Bartestree, the vehicles will make their way into the city, and even head into High Town.

The 16-mile route will finish at the Livestock Market in Roman Road.

  • Leave Bartestree Village Hall (4.15pm)
  • Turn right and head for Ledbury, then turn down Longworth Lane
  • Turn left at main road and into Withington  at Withies Road
  • Tractors will make their way round to the left and come out at the village hall (4.30pm)
  • Tractors will head down to the main road and turn right, heading for Hereford
  • Turn left down Lumber Lane
  • At Lugwardine Church, turn right for Hereford and head towards the Cock of Tupsley (4.50pm)
  • Turn left down Hampton Dene Road and follow past St Paul's School (5pm)
  • Straight over the mini roundabout
  • Turn right at the T-junction down Old Eign Hill
  • At next crossroads, straight over to Bookfield Vets
  • Turn right into B4224 Eign Road
  • Continue to the T-junction, turn right onto Ledbury Road (5.15pm)
  • Up to the roundabout, straight over
  •  Turn left before lights, down Pilley Road
  • Turn right on Clifton Road, then left onto Folley Lane, past the colleges (5.25pm)
  • Turn right left down Aylestone Hill and into town
  • Turn right at the Kerry, then left into High Town (5.40pm)
  • Head out to the Old Bridge, turn right at Asda and head over Greyfriars Bridge (6.10pm)
  • Turn left at the lights for Barton Road, up past the Crematorium
  • Turn right at the roundabout and down to the next roundabout
  • Cross over onto Yazor Road, right at the next roundabout onto Grandstand Road
  • Follow this road into Holmer Road and past B&Q (6.40pm)
  • Turn left at Roman Road and turn left into Kempton Avenue
  • Down to the Co-op (6.55pm)
  • Turn right and right again onto Three Elms Road
  • Left onto Tillington Road, back up Roman Road
  • Turn left and head for the Cattle Market (7.20pm)

The Cattle Market will be open serving hot food. 

The event is the latest one being organised by When Farmers Do Christmas. 

Last Wednesday (December 13), they held a tractor run was held in the Ledbury area, which was attended by many people.
