BOWLS Herefordshire held a successful ladies finals day at St Martins Bowls Club.
The rinks final saw teams from St Martins and Leominster square off against each other.
The Leominster side, consisting of England stars Tracey Powell and Linda Smith, Rita Wright and Rachel Powell, proved too much of a match for St Martins.
Jennie Cole and Josie Ward then won the pairs final in an all Brimfield and Little Hereford battle before the afternoon got underway with the 2 wood singles final.
That saw ladies from Ledbury and Eastnor playing against each other, with Sue Jaynes from Ledbury being triumphant against Vicky Buick.
Also played at the same time was the triple finals between teams from Hereford Bowls Club and Eastnor.
The winners were the Hereford ladies, Jan Williams, Pat Farmer and Doreen Herbert.
The final game was the ladies 4 wood singles, which was played between ladies from St Martins and Leominster.
The eventual winner was Ady Poole from St Martins, who beat Tracey Powell.
