WESTFIELDS face a huge tie against Coventry Sphinx this Saturday in the Midland Football League Premier Division after losing 2-1 to Boldmere St Michaels on Tuesday night.
After threatening to climb the table following back-to-back wins last month, Sean Edwards' side have now lost their last two games.
The Hereford side are still 11 points above the drop zone, but Coventry Sphinx, who occupy the final relegation spot, have five games in hand.
Boldmere opened the scoring through Ryan Nash in the fifth minute before Jamie Cuss equalised 20 minutes later.
Westfields then squandered chances through Cuss, Aidan Thomas and James Baldwin in the second half and were made to pay when Jack Skinner grabbed the winner 14 minutes from time.
