HEREFORD FC have confirmed Jake Sinclair is the player who has signed for the club.

The 21-year-old is the brother of Celtic player Scott Sinclair and British paralympic seven-a-side player Martin Sinclair.

Listed as a striker, Sinclair started his career art Southampton but was released last year.

He spent last season with Southern League Premier Division side Frome Town and has also enjoyed a spell with Scottish club Hibernian.

Sinclair took part in the warm-up prior to the Bulls' 4-0 win over Bishops Cleeve at Edgar Street today.

"With Joe [Tumelty] going, that's freed up a little bit of room and a little bit in the budget," said Hereford manager Pete Beadle.

"We've made no secret in the fact that we've been looking to bring in more players to try and balance us and make us stronger.

"We've got one done today and he signed this afternoon.

"He's another one that hasn't played much this year and needs to get himself fit.

"He was here today and did a little bit on the pitch before the game and he'll train this week.

"Then we'll see for Saturday, but it may be too quick for him."
